A Message from IT Associates Group Pty Ltd located at Sylvan Rd, Toowong. We will remember this time for decades to come and extend our condolences to friends and family of those who have sadly lost their lives, homes, personal affects and even places of work. Our hearts, thoughts and support go out to all flood effected residents and business owners and although the immediate threat within Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding suburbs has reached its peak, it could take days before we are able to return to our homes and businesses to assess the damage, months before the cleanup is complete and years before we recover from this devastation, however as we did in '74 we will recover! IT Associates Group Pty Ltd is urging customers and businesses within the flood affected areas to remember safety when returning to the flooded areas. We would like to offer our services free to help get businesses affected by the floods back up and running as soon as possible. Our services will range from general cleaning up through to technical advice, support and recovery of company data from computers, servers and networks. You can contact us by: We remind our customers who have servers stored at the Data Centres, that hardware and data remains safe and there is no threat at all to loss of data. Should the power be switched off at the Data Centre, there are backup generators that can keep hardware going for a few days. Do not switch on computers or any electrical equipment if there is any sign of water damage If computers have been submerged, it is highly possible we may still be able to recover your data from damaged hard drives, contact us to see what we can do and your electrician to check the safety of your electrical devices.
